many of these sites may allow you to down load the track directly: if not you can rip it using Audacity: 
 
            Steps to Rip Music using Audacity:
                1) open Audacity.
                2) in the top right there is a pull down menu
                            - this pull down menu may read Microphone
                              - click on the menu and highlight Stereo Mix
                              - hit Record  (Big Red Dot button)
                3) Audacity is now recording all sounds on your computer,
                4) open the sound file you want on a web site and play it
                 5) when it is finished stop Audacity and edit to the length you want
